During the pandemic, administrators of the Grief Counselling Master’s Degree Program <\/strong>at the University of Barcelona <\/strong>knew that they could improve their online teaching practices. They were not utilizing asynchronous learning, and the students and faculty were experiencing “Zoom fatigue.” Together we created a plan for a hybrid-flipped classroom that utilizes interactive and experiential activities and maximizes time spent together for the deep and meaningful learning that happens when people gather to dialogue and practice. The two-year plan helped to evaluate a learning management system (LMS), adapt activities for interactive, independent learning, create dynamic lecture videos, and build a unique system to provided evaluative feedback on video-recorded clinical practice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
